I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor with over ten years of experience supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I specialize in helping clients develop a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies and am trained in teaching the principles of intuitive eating. I also hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and work as a Mental Health Therapist.
As a weight-neutral practitioner, I support clients in building body trust and self-worth that extend beyond weight, helping them find freedom from daily food struggles and body dissatisfaction. I also work with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and practical strategies as they support loved ones through eating disorder recovery. My combined training in nutrition and counselling allows me to support clients with both the emotional and behavioural aspects of recovery, addressing the complex relationships between food, body image, and mental health. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, body image concerns, and other mental health challenges.
